Interesting point. Even when Tiffany is angry she still seems quite balanced and in control where as Megan loses it in the diary room. Yet no one is claiming to be scared of Megan.

They were stereotyping! A white female is not scary when her reaction was the same as Tiffany's? I just don't understand why they are acting that way.

The trailer for tonights show is mental. Megan is a complete nutjob and if people thought Tiff was aggressive the other day then that is NOTHING compared to this

But yes, you're right haven't seen any clips yet of anybody saying they are intimidated or scared of Megan whereas we did see that with Tiffany which I was wondering about at the time - I wanted to know why they saying stuff like being afraid to share a room with Tiff or saying that didn't "feel safe" in the same house as her. I thought it might have been because like another poster mentioned to me the time Tiff made a run as though to go running looking for Angie, but that looks like nothing compared to this. Maybe they will make similar comments about Megan in tonight's show. Will be interesting to see..

It's a pity Tiff doesn't know that Megan actually took her side in the John argument. Maybe it will get sorted once everybody calms down.

I suspect that Jonathan has been warning them about Tiffany anger by telling them stories of Tiffany's famous outbursts and this has made them scared of Tiff and over react every time she gets angry. John doesn't help the situation with his constant criticism of her.

Yes that could explain it. Also I've just remembered that task where it said Tiffany had a famous "full on catfight" on television and when one of the housemates asked her "did you win" she answered with something like "of course I did" so maybe it's a mixture of that and things Jonathan told them that made them a bit wary.

They must never have seen Megan in action before though because she was also known for having a mega temper in her series!

Megan's white and Tiffany's black. People have been freaking out about the chicken comment but the coded racism of Tiffany being unsafe and threatening was a lot more blatant IMO.

It's getting obvious that there's elements of racism afoot at this point.

Yeah but Megan doesnt take it out on a person - she keeps it all in and then explodes in the diary room - You would be more scared of Tiffany because she will shout at you infront of everyone, which is scary. Megan will just boil up - and then let loose in the diary room. ScottyT is such a selfish A - She should not associate with him anymore. She cant have beer cos of allergies - and instead of dividing up the booze as mates and team Scottys off having as much as he can. That human cares for no one but himself.

Johns giving Megan the rope and shes hanging herself with it - he is a pyscho. Hes pushing her buttons so she acts a diva and ruins herself...

He's doing what he did with Angie and Tiffany, he used Angie's grief and Tiffany's error to ostracise her even though Angie and Tiffany soon made up. He's quite a terrible human being for using Angie's grief to fuel his machinations like that.

I'd be scared of Megan taking a knife and stabbing someone. It doesn't matter if she's tiny. She can do damage with a weapon and an unstable mood.

I said this in the discussion thread and this confirms my point that they exaggerated because Tiffany is black. Where is the therapy group of them saying they want Megan out especially with John who was the main voice in ganging up against Tiffany he said nothing about Megan and she attacked him personally. So disgusted.

To be quite honest Cee Cee, I sometimes think that you do perceive 'racism' where there is none, but here, I do think you are spot on.

There is no other logical reason to explain the other HM's treatment of Tiffany and - as you rightly point out - that abhorrent manipulator John's double standards in his treatment of Tiffany, who did nothing wrong to him personally, and Megan who definitely did (even though he had it coming).
