Following last night's Celebrity Big Brother outburst it's been revealed that Megan McKenna has been seeking help with her anger.

The reality star was rather well known for her regular tantrums on MTV's Ex On The Beach but it took more than week for her to blow on Celebrity Big Brother.

And blow she did, losing it with both her fellow housemates and Big Brother as eventually security were called to calm her down.

Her spokesperson has now revealed that Megan had signed up for anger management classes but couldn't attend due to her heavy workload such as CBB.

"Megan knows anger management is a problem for her and she was already taking positive steps to address this before going into the CBB house with her first session due to take place just before the new year, unfortunately this had to be moved due to her heavy workload," her spokesperson told the Daily Mirror.

They added: "Megan losing her temper is obviously regrettable and I know she would have been extremely upset when she woke up yesterday."

Her spokesperson also suggested a lack of food contributed to the explosion.

"In this case, Megan had not eaten anything, she then consumed too much alcohol which triggered her anger about the state of the house and her attempts to defend other housemates," they explained. "Whilst Megan was making valid points about John and his behavior, there is no doubt she wouldn't have reacted so emotionally had she not been starved and then plied with alcohol."

Big Brother issued Megan a formal warning for her behaviour and language in scenes set to play out in tonight's show.
