That's a lot of house for the money.
Not quite my cup of tea decor wise, beautiful quaint street as well.

If you needed extra rooms you could just chip yourself one out, It's a good price isn't it?

I wouldn't like to live in it with all those arches everywhere but it's certainly unique :amazed:

King Gizzard 18-01-2016 08:23 PM

It'll be more than that now

Niamh. 19-01-2016 09:16 AM

omg I love that, I definitely think I should have been an estate agent, I could look at houses all day

Suze 19-01-2016 10:06 AM

The house does nothing for me, too ornate if that is the right word to describe it, although it has to be said that it is amazing, but loveeeee the idea of a cave :D

Cherie 19-01-2016 11:39 AM

Decor wise not keen, great space and history hopefully whoever buys it will retain the features and not gut it :worry: is it a listed building Kaz?

Vanessa 19-01-2016 11:41 AM

Absolutely fantastic i love vaulted ceilings , why is it so cheap - proper bargain and a work of love, it'll be a lucky person who gets to live there.

It certainly is a bargain hijaxers, but I would bet the price will rise as there seems to be lots of people who like it.

Every area has an absolute maximum price it will achieve, i'm betting this is it. Looks absolutely brilliant to me - if it doesn't have damp

rubymoo 19-01-2016 05:31 PM

Have to say i love it, and like Niamh i also should've been an estate agent as i too could look at houses all day:hee:
