The Boy (2016)

This is out 19th February and I only heard of it over the weekend

An American nanny is shocked that her new English family's boy is actually a life-sized doll. After violating a list of strict rules, disturbing events make her believe that the doll is really alive.

The rating doesn't really matter for horror films I think, good horror films don't need to rely on gore and such to be scary, it's all in the tension and sense of dread.

Oh no, I agree with what you're saying.

It's just sometimes people refer to scary movies without blood as PG-13 (The US Rating) movies.
