...lots of people at work have started to eat microwave porridges for their lunch..is that a good lunch/is it very filling enough to go to an evening meal, do you know/has anyone tried it...?...

It is filling yeah, I have porridge and a yogurt or yogurt bar for my breakfast about 7.45 and I'm not starting to feel hungry again til lunch.

That's how I have mine - For some reason, the salt makes it creamier. Delicious.
