i prefer raw cold oats, warming them and making them into a mush, they lose their appeal

I love porridge, it's great, it costs 7 goats and your firstborn for 200 grams of it here though, so I'm going to bring some back in April :amazed:

It is filling yeah, I have porridge and a yogurt or yogurt bar for my breakfast about 7.45 and I'm not starting to feel hungry again til lunch.
