I have to say the similarity is remarkable.

Well its no secret he stole Marvin Gayes let's get it on and just won a bloody Grammy for it so it wouldn't shock me. Horribly overrated artist.

Admittedly very similar, didn't expect it however, not quite sure it's stolen, but yeah Matt definitely has a case there.

I don't think Matt himself is pursuing it but some of his fans have pointed the likeness out,I didn't realise how similar it was until I re-played it, I knew when I heard Ed Sheerans song that it sounded similar to something I had heard before and hey presto it was one of Matts, too underrated that guy.imo.

The part where they played some of Matts and then Eds, they could have been playing the same song, they ran into eachother so well

Why would Sheeran look to Matt Cardle of all people to rob material?

It's not Matt that is sueing it's the song writers,besides it doesn't matter who it is,he probably thought the same as you,heard the song and thought he could get away with it,imo Matt is just as talented as Ed,just Ed has had that lucky break.:hee:
