LEX McAllister, a contestant from one of the most popular seasons of The Bachelor, has died aged 31.


Law enforcement sources in Columbus, Ohio told TMZ they received a 911 call on Saturday at around 2PM.

The caller stated that Lex had texted her earlier saying she wanted to "end her life" and when the caller went to check on her, it appeared Lex had overdosed.

The family reportedly withdrew life support and she died on Tuesday morning.

She reportedly struggled with depression and bipolar disorder.

Lex appeared on series 14 of the show with Jake Pavelka and was eliminated after the first week.
