Grimmy and Caroline quit The X Factor
 

NICK Grimshaw and Caroline Flack are leaving The X Factor after just a year in a shake-up by axeman boss Simon Cowell.

Radio 1 presenter Grimmy’s exit comes after a difficult debut year as a judge on the hit ITV talent show, where he faced private criticism from Cowell behind the scenes about his lacklustre performances contributing to a ratings slump.

He made the decision to walk at Christmas after weeks of rumours he would be replaced by One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson.

Messy, Cheryl and Olly need to go as well.

Great news I expect Dermot to return and Cheryl and Rita to both leave

I like Caroline. Grimmy should never have been there in the first place but sacking him isnt gonna turn the show around.

Why wouldn't you axe Olly too :umm2:

Louis pretty much definitely coming back then (somewhere Jack_ is screaming with delight), shame Caroline is gone when she was superior to Olly (although lbr both were woeful).

I can't see why Cheryl would leave tbh, and it's unlikely they'll push her to go

I think she will be pushed as this year is make or break and I can see a whole new panel

Olly and that dreadful Rita gone is all this show needs now. Cheryl can stay or go I wouldn't care either way.

Bring back Dannii and all will be saved

I can see Rita Leaving aswell as she will probably want to return to the voice again when it comes to ITV. Olly has to be sacked. If they still want two presenters they could promote Rochelle and Melvin or If Marvin isn't wanted for the voice on ITV X factor could do a husband and wife presenting. Judging wise Simon will stay so will Cheryl I would assume with Louis From 1D and Probably someone like Jess Glynne will probably be the fourth judge.

I would want to throw myself off a cliff if Jess Glynne and Louis Tomlinson were announced as the new judges

YAS thank **** now do the right thing and bring back King Louis and admit your dreadful mistake last year :cheer2: no1curr about Louis Tomlinson

Feel sorry for Caroline but this is very strange if Olly isn't axed too? Had it not been for Dermot's comments and Simon's response a few weeks ago I'd have been inclined to say they'd bring him back too but alas maybe that's too much to hope for :( personally I think they should pass him the cheque book

Davina as host

Simon, Pink, Tom Jones, Tulisa and Louis as judges and introduce a 5th category

We might see a three Male one female panel as Simon will see that it worked well in Oz. So we might end up with Louis W, Louis T,Cheryl,Simon maybe.

Tom Jones will probably go back to the voice with Rita instead of doing X factor. Simon,Tulisa Louis are realistic not so much Pink.

No syco denied the rumours that had been told about the show being rested they basically said it will go on for years.
