This Morning agony aunt Denise Robertson revealed live on air that she has pancreatic cancer but vowed to fight the disease.

The announcement by the 81 year old waas followed by that she had to quit her role on the show while she fights the disease, news that left host Ruth Langsford close to tears.

Oh that is sad I didn't realise she was that age she looks great, unfortunately it is one of the cancers where the outcome is poor :sad:

....awww, I remember how sad it was when Dr Chris announced his cancer diagnosis and his prognosis was good...Denise..:sad:...

It is really sad news.

Sad news...agree with Cherie that its one of the harder to treat cancers.....hope it's been caught early
