Late '90s-Early '00s R&B Appreciation ♥
 

Late '90s and Early '00s were dominated by R&B music. It was the peak of R&B, and in my opinion the best era for music in general.. Urban music was so big, that every singer/group that topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 2004 was a black, R&B/Hip Hop artist.
