Anyone been watching this on MTV?


I was a bit dubious of this because of the film but the series is actually quite good. Felt quite bad for the guy on it tonight. He'd been talking to a girl for 10 years and didn't want to meet her and when they finally got him to agree to it, it was because of his weight. She already had a boyfriend anyway and he was pretty much in love with her and got left in the 'friend zone', you could definitely tell he was gutted.

Yeah, im proper addicted to it. up to US pace now. even crazier stuff happens in the later episodes. Been renewed for a second series too :D

Is it actually good? Cause i hated the movie -_- i felt so sorry for the woman in it, even though i know its fake

Think they've only shown two or three eps here. Is the one with that guy quite an early one?

So slow, and clearly fake.

Just watched the reunion ep, was pretty good. They all ended up how I expected to really. That one who Catfished that blonde guy was a real bitch though and he seemed like a loose cannon LOL

When is season 2 on?

It's a great show, and it was nice that there were at least a few happy endings.

New episode was great with Nev throwing that guys phone in the river :joker: I like how they've changed it up a little this season and every episode isn't just about online relationships.

Catfish: The TV Show is an American reality-based docu-series television series airing on MTV about the truths and lies of online dating. The series is based on the 2010 film Catfish and is co-hosted by Nev Schulman and Max Joseph. It premiered on November 12, 2012.

The show presents the "hopeful" as the one who initiates contact with Schulman and Joseph in an attempt to discover the true identity of their online romance, or the "catfish".
