This is either an insane bit of journalism or its a complete hoax. Having read the article twice I'm fairly certain its the later.

If its real data do you really believe SKY would of published it? It fell into SKY hands very deliberately and when they checked with the right authorities about publishing it, they were given permission.

Think about it, ISIS aren't exactly backwards and are known for encrypting just about everything and yet they put 22,000 soldiers details on an uncrypted document and then leave the stick laying around?

I don't think so.

The authorities would be on this like a ton of bricks and you, me and nobody else would know about this document until everyone on that list had been arrested and interrogated.
