purchased my second home today

purchased my second home today 28.03.16

yes i am a duck-er and diver

but i spark like a flint

to my name is one single fiver

when gone i am well and truly skint.

but i have had luck

i can lay to rest my carnage

my banker can well and truly suck

one house is paying the others mortgage.

both are detached

the requirements meet all my needs

a idea to share has been hatched

in both i will display my deeds.

to obtain it did cause pain

i had to use my head

so i will sell the one in the lane

and go up market right into hampstead.

first impressions are spacious

its got a huge garden

being so close to whitestone pond makes me gracious

the person who urinated won't get a pardon.

life is good

can not wait to second home decorate

from highgate village to to hampstead hood

all readers for sure i will infuriate.

this is a real old pic of whitestone pond and just on the left is my new second home - i did paint it red so it stands out. http://www.francisfrith.com/hampstea...-c1960_h391040

the 3rd pic from the bottom not only shows a great place to get your fruit and veg of top quality but you can also see my NO1 home in highgate village !!!! http://kaikkirakastavat.com/tag/eating-in-london/ if you are single and buy me nice flowers from this shop and wait patently for me - i might, just might marry you but don't be to desperate as this is a put off. ( i will book the church for next week so hurry up and be there. )

Well done Waterhog. You beat the extra stamp duty.
You will make a good catch for any up and coming young lady.
