Opinions on BBCAN 1-3
 

I'm loving BBCAN4 (didn't expect to, I only started watching it because of Nikki lol but it's brilliant) so I'm wondering how it compares to the first 3.

If you've seen them, is 4 better/worse/different etc?

I've only watched the first but it was much better than four.

Apparently the general thought is 4 is the worst of the lot.

Season 1 is my favourite by far, I'd 100% recommend it.

All 3 are better than 4

Far better than last season (which was good, but quite lacklustre compared to the first two) but not a patch on BB1 and 2

Season two is truly an amazing season, full of amazing drama and great gameplay, and a good storyline arc too. BB1's also amazing to see how the show finds its feet and has one of the best houseguests in international Big Brother history IMO. They are both must watches for any hardcore BB fans.

BBCAN1 - amazing
BBCAN2 - amazing, but 1 >
BBCAN3 - trash season trash cast

so whats better 3 or 4

3 because of Brittknee and the best winner of the Can franchise

4 and it's not even close

Like, 3 has a few gems but it's far too messy and overall actually quite boring? By North American standards it's good but it's nothing special

I know 4's got off to a slow start but it seems to be picking up pace now and it has the inclusion of perhaps the best, most innovative twist in international Big Brother history in the form of Nikki and Tim so that already makes it better

I hate ranking because they all are good for their own reasons. I don't think 4 is trash either. Till this week it has been one of my favs

Season 1 has a wider approval rating across the forum...so if you are going to pick a season to watch... Start there
I was not a great fan of two...but the forum over all really liked it.
3 is one of my faves because of Britt... And because of the Canada votes twists that fell in her favour... But season 2 Canada votes did not go to my favourites... So there's that :hehe:

I'd say that all of them have something unique about them tbh. Amongst other reasons, I'd say that (I haven't seen all of it but) 1 is unique because it's the first season of the show, 2 is unique because it's the year that BBCAN went bigger and started experimenting with different twists, 3's unique because it's the first season on Global and 4's currently unique because of the international twist and the gameplay this season. BBCAN is always evolving and that's why it's currently ranked by most fans as the best version of Big Brother internationally.

I'm surprised that people aren't rating 4 very highly, so far for me it's on a par with some of the best UK series in terms of my enjoyment of it (but maybe that's due to the novelty of seeing a different format perhaps). Think I might have to watch the first 2.

4 is the worst I've seen, I've actually got like six episodes that I need to catch up on :shame:
