That eye surgery death was ridiculous :joker:

My favourite is the one in the 1st film (I think) when the guy's in his bathroom and slips and manages to strangle/hang himself

Oh yeah, I think that's one of the most genuinely creepy / disturbing ones. When his eyes go bloodshot. :worry:

Along with that, I'd say Mrs Lewton in FD1 and Nora in FD2.

Jamie89 29-03-2016 02:16 PM

I quite like this one. It's fairly unique in that it spends ages building up to her death in the salon, only for nothing to actually happen to her... until she steps outside ofc. Kind of a bait and switch

I think the most iconic ones though are the tanning beds (3) and the girl getting hit by the bus (1)

And this one too. It was one of the most genuinely sad ones because of how depressed she was when it happened and her being such a likeable character, rather than a typical 'disposable' horror character.

Aside from the Sunbed deaths in FD3 - which was genius.

Miss Lewton's death scene in the first one was good. I love how the cracked mug with the vodka leaking from it foreshadows the cracked glass shard in her throat with the blood dripping from her neck. That was a nice touch.

Tim's death in FD2 with him being crushed by a falling glass pane was another good one.

Todd's death was actually really sad to watch. As was Miss Lewton's tbh.

I've always loved the teacher's death in the first one, along with the bus crash.

Norah's elevators death is so hard to watch but a great idea.

It was fun to see on the big screen, but not my favorite.

The tanning beds are top, I remember I couldn't sleep after watching that and none of the others have had that effect on me. Candice's gymnast scene was beautifully orchastrated though

Candice's (FD5)
The one with the woman in the car where the airbag makes her head slam into a spike (FD2)
The ladder one (FD2)
The bus one from the first one

Amy Jade 29-03-2016 04:31 PM

1. Tanning beds (FD3)
2. Gymnastics (FD5)
3. Rory falls apart (FD2)
4. Bus splat (FD)
5. Escalator gears (TFD)
6. Nail gun (FD3)
7. Glass fall (FD2)
8. Drive thru (FD3)
9. Teacher (FD)
10. Pool drain (TFD)

Amy Jade 29-03-2016 04:36 PM

The escelator gears one gets paid dust but honestly it's one thing I always think about when I'm in London underground

Sunbeds

OMG!! I love the Final Destination franchise (as unrealistic the deaths may be)

My top 3 deaths would have to be:
Nora Carpenter (Final Destination 2) (Got her head taken off by the elevator)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNuJfYh9fRk

Carter Daniels (Final Destination 4) (Burned and dragged against road by tow-hook)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVrWCSJGqGc

Isaac Palmer (Final Destination 5) (Head crushed to death by Buddha statue)

Mine has to be the Drive Thru one in FD3 just for the song playing.

Death really enjoyed taking the piss out of everything in the third one.

Lostie! 05-04-2016 04:50 PM

I haven't seen the fourth movie yet but the whole concept behind the one with the guy getting his guts sucked out by a pool drain makes me feel ill. :omgno:

And apparently people have died that way in real life. :worry:

ooh I re-watched the fourth film last night and saw that.

It's a good death, but not one of the best imo.

Ashley. 05-04-2016 05:31 PM

This film makes me scared to leave my house. Then I remember the people in the film who died in their houses, so then I just get scared to move.

I swear whenever I watch these films I literally stay still for about an hour just to give Death a chance to cool down a bit.
