However, the unlucky travelers discover to their horror that the wasteland is far from uninhabited, A band of bloodthirsty mutants prowls the area, and there is nothing they like better than fresh meat. Six college students find themselves trapped in the woods of West Virginia after a car accident, after finding the cause to be barbed wired tied across the road they realize this was no accident. Wrong Turn used to terrify me but The Hills Have Eyes is just better made and I think Lynn's death is one of the most disturbing scenes in film.

I preferred Hills have eyes to Wrong Turn.
I would say Wrong Turn is my 3rd favorite of the series after 2 and 4 |
The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007 version tho) is really dull and lacking of any good characters or stories. It's just better than Wrong Turn 3, 5 and 6 as they're all terrible films. I heard there's a 7 coming out?

Wrong Turn 2 is actually pretty underrated. The idea behind it is pretty stupid but it's a fun film to watch. The first Wrong Turn and Hills Have Eyes are genuinely terrifying though
