I want to become a Buddhist
 

I know quite a few people who are Buddhist and have been reading up all about it and sounds rather interesting and something that I'd like to get involved in.

I've been reading about the concept, the four noble truths and the life of Siddhartha Gautama.

And I've been looking at Karma.

I want to be laid down on a rock in the middle of the Ganges darling, and just be pecked by birds.

Gods don't exist, that's why I dislike religion.

I believe Buddhism isn't a religion it's a philosophy - a way of life.

If you feel that it will bring more to your life, and it makes you happy (and you aren't hurting anyone else or yourself) then keep on learning about it :)

Will try finding the book 'I come as a brother' by Bartholomew very enlightening and similar to Buddhism but no group involved and no endless chanting
