To be fair to Paul, I think he has got confused with Beatrix Potter, which he could have read as a child.

The Sun seems to attack Paul at every opportunity. It even quoted Helen as saying "Don't Treat me like a tart Paul" which according to the interview in Heat, she never said.

It looks a bit confusing to anyone here who hasn't read the original.

My reference here is to the caption next to the picture of Paul on the home page of this site

I think if there really is an interview they should have the decency to print more of it!

I agree with you totally - this seems to be a quote picked totally from mid-air with no reference to the complete story. Does anyone know if this 'interview' actually exists, or is it another tabloid fabrication?

The thing about story coming from the Scum, is that this story had already been posted on one of those message boards where you post gossipy stories about celebs. The poster claimed to be the interviewer, but if you'd got a scoop in interviewing Paul and Helen together as they claimed, then surely you'd want to plug your interview?

Not that I think it really matters. IF he did make that claim, then he's said worse in the past and probably thinks it's funny.
