Evidence: Mr Defty holds up the five-year guarantee certificate that Panasonic refused to agree to, as they said the TV had been damaged by the couple's smoking


TV bought in 2012 but with a 5 Year Guarantee

This has been the case for a lot of electronics for a while now, including iirc Macs
The 'person taking a photo for sympathy with an unimpressed look on his face' photos never fail to amuse me though... Get over it lmao
