Yes, one of my biggest fears!

I get so worked up whenever I get the flu jab, I nearly faint every time! And I threw up last time I had to have a blood test done.

Anyway I am a blood donor so well used to needles.

Bless you Tom, you just think about it too much probably and so get yourself into a lather. Just try and concentrate your mind on something else if you can when you have them.

I don't mind them to be quite honest, I have them like every 6 months so I'm use to it.

On body totally fine with needles , now the dreaded dentist is a totally different matter and i hate it.

Yeah I definitely think way too much about it, because usually after it's done I realise it's no big deal :laugh:

I'm a lot better these days I guess! I remember when we all had to get injections in primary school and I literally screamed the place down - no joke!

They don't bother me
