Not meaning to be horrible about the girl as I didn't mind her personally, but Simon loves conventionally pretty girls, or girls that are willing to play a TOWIE routine on his show, Rachel was a girl that had a distinctive fashion sense with a weird but natural personality, that was never going to work on a show like The X Factor which is a decent platform to get you a decent Music career if they like the acts role enough.

One of my favorite EVER X Factor contestants. Her, Joe and Lucie from S6 will always be my top three ever!

Her XF year was 2009, if it hadn't happened by 2011 it wasn't going to at all.
