Shilpa film on telly tonight
 

Just to let the Shilpa fans know that there is one of her films on Sky tonight.

It's on at 10.00pm on Sky Cinema 1 (channel 313)

It's called Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar, a romantic drama about an independent woman who clashes with her wealthy new husband's family. It's also a substantial 153 minutes long!

That would be awesome if i actually had sky. :sad:

One of the most funniest films I have seen. She played her character "Ahana" so well. In the first quarter of the film, its really sweet. Post marriage, you will all love to hate her haha and then in the last quarter you'll feel very sorry for.

Shaadi Kar Ke Phas Gaya Yaar

'Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar' is a family social interspersed with humor and intense romance of Ayaan (Salman Khan), a young robust dynamic and handsome man from an upper middle class family who falls in love with a beautiful model Ahana (Shilpa Shetty) who belongs to a very liberal ultra rich family and is from the upper strata of the society. With the passage of time the two get married. Both Ayaan and Ahana are looking forward to a happily married blissful and contented life.
But the future has something else for them. The things starts getting hunky-dory and gradually Ahana discovers that there is vast cultural difference between her upbringing and Ayaan's family. Small differences crop up which eventually lead to major confrontation between the two.
Can down to earth and strong believer of united and happy family, Ayaan maintain his cool and bring his wife and family under one roof? Will the good sense prevails on Ahana and bridge the differences is what the film Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar is!
