An inspiration for one of my Mystical Realms characters has died

Until I found that I no longer had the time for writing, a I produced a number of stories of the Mystical Realms Sagas. My stories came to a halt at Saga 13

One of my characters, Jenny Green, that I had in the early stories and who was a former assistant manager and then manager of a coffee shop, was partly inspired by a real barista at a Caffe Nero store at Clayton Street in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Her real name was Lauren Moody

On Tuesday I found out that she had died, even though she was relatively young. I do not know how she died.

I know this is the creative writing section, but because she was a muse for one of my characters in a set of stories that once dominated this section, I felt that this was the most appropriate section to announce her passing.

My thoughts are with her family and friends

Rest in Peace Lauren, gone too seen

Reading through her facebook profile page, it seems she may have died in an accident, but there are no more details

Assuming this image link works, this was Lauren in November 2007

Sorry - it didn't
