But no, it's good she's distancing herself away from him cause I do think she's a nice girl and she can do a lot better than Marco and he's bringing her down and she'll end up getting all the flack for it and be booted out first whilst he makes it far. Plus I think she's better when she isn't around Marco.

The man cheats on his girlfriend with a single girl, then gets ejected, then the girl is left with all the flack.

As much as I don't get this "pass" business (I couldn't be an open relationship guy myself), he isn't cheating if they have an agreement. I dislike the guy but cheating is a whole other situation.

Also, I don't think Laura got him in trouble. I don't think the warning was necessary since she never seemed uncomfortable but she didn't go complaining about him so it's not her fault.

Agreed. Can't say I like her very much, but defend her right to be who she is.
