Marco up in court next week for driving under the influence of cocaine.
 

The Daily Mail just posted an article saying that Marco is supposed to appear in court next week. He's been arrested in April under the influence of cocaine.

I would guess a plea for it to be adjourned could be made but then again an adjournment from a magistrates court, would not be for the likely whole time of the BB series for sure.

Unless they allow him leave to appear at court and then go back to the house afterwards :think:

But then if he is given a custodial sentence, he will go to prison :joker:

BB will allow him to go to court,they will have to and there would be likely no restrictions from the court as to him going back to the house.

It does depend on the court and if it is in fact an actual trial,not just an appearance, and then the outcome of that trial as to whatever punishment and the mood of the Magistrates.
The mood of Magistrates is never a given, positively or negatively.
