This was stuff he said on Day 1 based on those interviews from auditions they were seen watching, and he was basing it on what was aired on that Valley show.

Lateysha and Hughie spoke later in the episode and they completely buried the hatchet. Which didn't stop Natalie repeating the same thing to Andy to tarnish his thoughts on Hughie too.

Hughie made a 'snap judgement' based on Lateysha's 'character' in the 'Valleys' fake reality T.V. show, and he did, both, admit it and apologise personally to Lateysha, and she accepted his apology.

Natalie is one manipulative and unforgiving character who is out to get Hughie in any way she can.

I was just about to say a similar thing. I love Lateysha but in all fairness, if she (or anyone) is going to do a RTV show then they should expect to be criticised and judged negatively by the viewers, because that's just what happens... we're proof of that lol! But he's since apologised and no longer judges her negativity after getting to know her in person. When he called her a 'slag', really he was just talking about a 'character' he'd seen on TV.
(As a side note, Hughie isn't a slag either for sleeping with 70 people imo.)

i just took it as Natalie making it sound worse that what it was. i mean this the person who cant stand Hughie after all. i figured he was saying it as what he seen of her on a trashy reality show. not maybe how she really is.
