Natalie is a rude, obnoxious woman. Laura listens while she has her say, then she storms off and refuses to hear Laura's side. That is one of my pet hates when people do that. To add insult to injury, she says Laura is 'nothing to her'. People like that are impossible to deal with and cause nothing but frustration and mayhem. Imagine living with that horror in RL...:eek:

Yeah, Nat's a grade A prick and it's literally like having Pauline in there all over again. People who don't let others get a word in are the worst kind of people.
