What happened to fun tasks and starvation mode

These days its nearly impossible to see a task that does not involve putting the HM's up against each other. Its also nearly impossible to see the chickpea and rice days and alcohol reigns supreme every night. Its as if the whole premise of the show is cultured mayhem for selective viewing and its pathetic.

I would rather see them on rations and funny tasks being implemented. This whole alcohol and hate filled tasks are wearing rather thin and very predictable. Who said what about who is pathetic and what we think of them comes under outside knowledge.

I want them to do more dress-up/simple tasks.

That's why the Hotel BB in BB16 and Servants task CBB16 were so good. No meddling, just people naturally bickering.

As for the depriving them from food...

Spoiler:

They Failed the Shopping Task, so I hope this year BB really do give them a bad time, none of these mini tasks to get luxuries... let them stay on basic rations!

I hope they do a few more things like making them very hungry - lets see how irritable they get.

I totally agree. The show is a cake-walk for the contestants now in comparison to what it once was.

I want to see them embarrassed n showing themselves up so I can laugh at them not constant fighting
