Should Jayne have stood up and said goodbye?

Why be false imo. They slate people for being two faced and when her actions aren't that, they still manage to slag her off, she can't win.

Lostie! 25-06-2016 09:51 PM

No. Heck, she had every right stand up and say "Good riddance you vicious bitch" or celebrate but she stayed silent and classy. The need for people to be expected to give fake goodbyes is absurd.

GiRTh 25-06-2016 09:52 PM

Of course she should have stood up. She looked petty.

Shaun 25-06-2016 09:52 PM

Her prerogative. Don't think it would've mattered either way.

LaLaLand 25-06-2016 09:53 PM

No, neither would I if I was in her position and had so much beef with Natalie.

Pete. 25-06-2016 09:56 PM

Not if she didn't want to

letmein 25-06-2016 09:58 PM

She should have given her the finger.

Braden 25-06-2016 10:00 PM

No, it's happened many times before on the show and I've never been bothered by it. I kind of get where the others are coming from, but it is ridiculous because it was obvious how much they disliked each other.

Tarryn 25-06-2016 10:02 PM

No.
If Jayne had stood up & said goodbye to Natalie the whole house would have said she was being two-faced.
Yet, Lateysha was all over Hughie when she heard the cheers from the crowd yet she hates him. That's two-faced.

Braden 25-06-2016 10:02 PM

Also, why would someone go out of their way to make the effort to say goodbye just to have it thrown back in their face.

Hughie stood up with everyone else but Natalie didn't acknowledge him.

Adamw92 25-06-2016 10:02 PM

She didn't have to say goodbye but she could have at least stood up with the group like Hughie did.

Oaker 25-06-2016 10:03 PM

There have been many housemates in the past who haven't stood up and said goodbye. People are only picking up on this because they don't like her :idc:.

I think I would have done the same thing, Natalie always started the rows and took the them to another level.
Also you never know there's a chance Natalie may have blasted her.

Rob! 25-06-2016 10:05 PM

Natalie would probably have just told her to **** off anyway though

Cherie 25-06-2016 10:05 PM

She did the right thing..Natalie would blank her anyway

Maru 25-06-2016 10:07 PM

We need a third option. She should've stood up, but only to interact with the rest of the group... she could've congratulated the others or just stood with the group... she could've even said her own piece, etc etc

Instead she sat there like a petulent child looking to grab attention. I just don't see how her feelings about Natalie have to affect the rest of the group. She is so self-involved

Cal. 25-06-2016 10:09 PM

No she did the right thing. She didn't gloat about Natalie going or make her feel bad, she just sat down whilst Natalie left which was completely her choice and the right one. And for people saying she wasn't happy for Hughie and Charlie - she ran and hugged Hughie as soon as he was saved and she smiled over at Charlie when she heard her celebrating that she had stayed.

This. She could have stood up but said nothing and made no kind of move to acknowledge Natalie. Just sitting there is something she surely realised the whole group would notice. It made her look petty and petulant.

Dylan95 25-06-2016 10:09 PM

Nope, she would've been branded as two faced and fake if she did they didn't get along so no reason to support her

Dragging her up those stairs and chucking her out the front door herself wouldn't have gone amiss, either.

The other housemates would have spoke bad about her either way. If not for staying put, then for standing up, opening up opportunity for one last squabble which Jayne would've inevitably received the blame for (for standing up in the first place).

Withano 25-06-2016 10:15 PM

She actively chose to not be at least civil. I think most fully grown adults would have said bye and seen her off at a time like that.

joeysteele 25-06-2016 10:25 PM

No, they didn't like each other and ignorant Natalie would have only likely said she didn't want her talking to her anyway.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 25-06-2016 10:27 PM

I mean there have been worst fallouts on bb and they showed respect in the end. Jayne is immature. She's probably similar to Gerogina when it comes to men-aside from the sleeping around thing.

BB-J*I*N*X 25-06-2016 10:27 PM

like Queen Jayne said in the dairyroom it would have been false to say goodbye
