Jayne...Does she really feel 'bullied'...
 

In her conversation with Andy about a certain individual .... and letting other bullied people see how she stands up to a bully. Come on Jayne...not many people being bullied can go right up in someones face screeching at the top of their voices!

She was obviously at boiling point when that happened. She has stood up to a bully aka Natalie, and it's not an easy thing to do! Standing up for Hughie was also admirable.

Jayne is the fakest person in there!
She pretty much said to Andy that she just did (and would again) the emergency exit thing to get attention and had no real intention or desire to leave.

They should definitely have people ready as reserves and as soon as anyone 'leaves' that should be it for them. Show them the permanent door and replace them!
