The Mandela Effect

Something a little lighter to debate than the EU and Terrorism.Pull out your tinfoil hats for this one.

The Mandela Effect

D'you remember the famous quote from The Empire Strikes Back "Luke i am your father"? Or "Life is like a box of chocolates" from Forest Gump?Or do any of you remember Nelson Mandela dying in prison sometime in the eighties?Well go back and check and you will see that these movie quotes are slightly different to how you remember them."Luke i am your father" is now "NO i am your father" and the famous Forest Gump quote is now "Life WAS like a box of chocolates" oh and it turns out that Mandela died in 2013 aged 95 when many people seem to remember him dying in the eighties.
There are many other of these anomalies too. Some people say that Febreze should be spelled Febreeze among many other products and TV shows.
Are we really just misremembering these things?
Or
Some people think that we are actually crossing paths with one or more other universes where things are just slightly different. So some of us could be remembering things we grew up with in a different parallel universe. Some people think that CERN could be conducting experiments in the Large Hadron Collider and opening wormholes or somehow making us collide with other universes.
What do you think?Do you remember things a little differently to how they are now?

Personally i think we're misremembering things but you never know.

I remember these Turkey nugget things that had a ketchup center called "TomToms". They had an advert that was on all the time, where Native Americans round a fire (cartoon) chanted; "Tom... Tom's Tom... Tom's Tom Tom's Tom's Tom Tom's TOMTOMSTOMTOMSTOMTOMS" to a beat.

NO ONE else ****ing remembers them, OR the advert. It was on all the time for like a year! I can only conclude that I grew up in a parallel universe identical to this one, except it had ketchup filled Turkey nuggets called TomToms.

They were definitely turkey nuggets, in breadcrumbs. Like mini chicken kievs but full of ketchup...

:bawling: I miss my universe, it's lonely here, no one understands me.

..*puts a comforting arm around you..*..(finally you've started to make sense.....)...yeah I do recall them as well..(I think..)..that they were banned if I recall correctly..they were from schools anyway because ketchup trapped and sealed in breadcrumbs with no escape is never a good idea../unlike Paris...

:omgno: Ammi is from Earth-2 as well!

It seems realistic that they were banned... The ketchup inside was burning hot. :joker:
