Prize fund?

Do you think BB should have the prize fund. I don't for loads of reasons.

1. £100,000 for spending 13 weeks in a house, when the money could be going to charities which will actually spend the money on deserving/rewarding things.

2. Everyone seems to forget about it during the show anyway. Sometimes even the housemates.

Do you think there should be a prize fund rewarded?

Yes, but I think that there should be some for charity aswell.
Maybe the prize fund be £50,000, not £100,000.

And I loved BB5 where the prize money went down.

That would be better. Apart from Craig, have any of the housemates given any money to charities?

Chrizzle 06-02-2007 07:28 PM

Probably discreetly.

Its a gameshow, so yes there should be a prizefund. Just that over the years people have forgotton about it and have just enterd to get 'exposer'. I dont think housmeates have forgotton about the prize money, i think that its just that in the last few years if you say that you want to win or mention the prize money there is a fear you may be nominated.

I liked that too!! Like they had to earn money through challenges, or get punished by losing money if they do something against the rules. That was a good idea.. they should've stuck by it.

£70,000 does seem a bit of a random sum of money.. and with most of them they earn so much more afterwards anyway.. so I don't see it as much of a big deal whether they get it or not.
