: The best turnaround of the series?
 

She went in hated, was "targetted" on the first night, slut-shamed for her relationship with Marco, booed by the crowd when she wasn't even up for eviction and was a sure-fire early boot... Now she's liked by the majority of the housemates, the public seemed to have warmed to her more and without some ****ty nominations twist (which we'll no doubt be getting this week), she probably won't be facing the public vote for a while

The scene of her and Emma in the bathroom last night certainly turned me

Why do people say Laura was slut shamed and don't say Marco was slut shamed ? What's the difference ? And how is is slut shaming when they are both highly sexual consenting adults and neither were ashamed themselves ?

Maybe not but she is connected to him in a big way this year and the accusations are totally biased and don't make sense

I liked her, disliked her and like her again but it's a shame that she possibly has one more week left because I can't see her surviving next weeks eviction twist (depending on what on what is)

Was you who mentioned Marco, in the first sentence of the post of this thread...so you made him relevant not me

I agree, it's been an incredible turnaround. I mean she had first boot written all over her, and she really was hated by a lot of people. But now she stands a really good chance of finishing as top girl imo (depending on how the 'massacre' is produced' :mad:

I loov her, she's the biggest turn around along with Evelyn

I would say yes but she's inevitably going to be destroyed by this Bernardo storyline again and probably evicted to as heavy boos as she'd have got in week 1.

She is much better now, but since there is a eviction massacre coming, she is probably one of the victims of that.

couldnt stand her at first but now shes a very solid 5/10

She has improved so much, i disliked her so much at the start, but she's grown in my estimation so much

I still think that she is nasty little slut. I dedicate this song for her.

I always thought she has the best luck ever. She escaped the block so many times. And then started to redeem herself.

Her and Evelyn have developed into queens :clap1:

She's been playing a better game since but I wouldn't say she is now more likely to win/likable, maybe more relatable since she's been showing remorse and having guilt since the whole thing with Marco happened.

Definitely the best turnaround this series though.

Seemed a total airhead..I believe I likened her to a blow up doll in week 1 as that seemed to be all she was. I love her now we have actually seen some personality from her...mind I may go off her again soon if the OMG and screaming keeps up :laugh:

Actually thinking about it..I believe her turnaround (in my head..to me) started when she ate that bloody awful egg without moaning about it. Oddly enough, thats pretty much when I had a turnaround with gina a few years back, when she put effort into a task and it showed she wasn't all about looking pretty and such
