EU on Passports
 

Since we are leaving the EU god knows when what will happen with the passports because it has European Union at the top.. does anyone know? most people were talking about it when I was at the airport going to Portugal last week.

We get British passports back.

They're black and don't say European Union at the top.

Obviously, the ‘European Union’ wording will have to go, but a full redesign is likely. We'll probably be allowed to keep hold of the passports we've already got until they expire anyway.

The ones we had before the EU were actually navy.

I thought that too but the majority was acting like you have pay for a new one even if you have many years left on it.

I'm particularly looking forward to queueing in the non-EU internationals line which is usually always longer!

It's the little things no one considered isn't it

Don't your airport have those passport scanner machines?

I'm talking about when you arrive at an EU country's airport

So silly folks rushed to get new passports
the shocked to find still "Red " EU ones

I would add £40 special on top price
and make Black British Passports
for sale for everyone.


Choice is Good.,

But some will pay extra to get through the
special Business Line

DARK NAVY
and BLACK

We are still in the EU for another 2 years, so they will continue to be issued for the EU :laugh:
