I think he is very shy and not to sure how to be.

Alex has been quiet and to a degree a massive disappointment to the show. Now he is in some kind of storyline, the prods are making a meal out of it to show him a relevant but.....if you observed his facial expression last night on the sofa, you could see he was on the verge of tears and looked so confused. The man is a total waste of space and borderline asexual. I think he is trying to take the moral high ground in a series that is full of jerks and numpties in the hope it brings him home the bacon. He makes Tom and Rachael Rice look like adrenaline junkies.

I was sure Lateisha said she had a boyfriend. It was when Evelyn and Lateisha were discussing Alex and Lateisha mentioned she already had a boyfriend, so told Evelyn to 'go for it'. (If I remember rightly)

Why wouldn't he ? It's a better offer than what she's serving up. She wants to get her stealers on the cash just as much as the rest of em.
Any housemate at this stage who isn't after the money is either stupid or a liar.

He is most likely IMHO asexual, but he is good looking, so it seems odd that a guy who wouldn't struggle to get women (or men) is probably uninterested

It's all tactical from this point.....it's finding out who's good at the game and who isn't, that's the interesting part for me.
They're all game players.

Just because Alex isn't jumping thru hoops to get close to the girls in the house doesn't mean he doesn't like them, or that he's gay, or that he's asexual.
Maybe, just maybe, he's the type of guy who doesn't flash his sex life about on National Tele...Maybe the girls in the house just aren't classy enough, I wouldn't picture him with any of them but the closest of the four would prob be Jayne.
I don't know anything about his private life but I would imagine he goes more for proper relationships with girl friends and that they don't get their tits sucked on TV or do naked hand stands in the Big Brother house or tell millions of people they've got a sheep tattoo on their fanny.

If this is the case and he is indeed a martyr and a wonderful guy with a strong social conscience, ask yourself this....What the fook is he doing on BB. How ever many ideas you come up with, there will be very few that point in the general direction of someone who is socially adept and morally capable of any discerning attributes that claim trueness to life as we know it.

You will however not be able to get away from the fact that numerous pointers nudge you in the general direction of FAME HUNGRY WANKER.

Alex has been schooled on how to win a reality TV show by his reality mates .
