The use of the unanimous vote

Having it be a unanimous vote just screams out for people to say "vote me I don't mind"

It would be MUCH better if it had to be done via nominations/ or tasks.

No one is ever going to offer to go

Ive said this a few times too but nobody seems to agree lol. I cant imagine 11 people all deciding on one guy cus the majority dislike them the most

One would have to cave in, theyd have to.

Do you not think in the back of all their minds theyre thinking "they cant really evict us like this, this task is probably for immunity whilst i wait at the other house"
At the moment theyre probably going with safety in numbers but i wouldnt surprised if people will volunteer more easily once they reflect on how stupid this task is and how rare it actually is for BB to tell them the entire truth lol

From the clip/press release it sounds like they are just doing majority vote anyway and then the ones who didn't vote for that person will just have to agree

I doubt Jason would vote for Chelsea ,so he's an hurdle to the cliques plans

I really can't see them all coming to a unanimous decision unless it is Chelsea and Andy.

Withano 11-07-2016 02:51 PM

Looks like they will unanimously decide that the majority vote is out

I'd imagine it goes:

Lateysha/Jayne/Ryan/Hughie/Evelyn/Laura pick Chelsea
Andy and Sam reluctantly agree
Chelsea picks Jayne but sees he's been chosen and begins the "it's fine I saw this coming" speeches
Jason and Jackson reluctantly agrees
Alex has gone with it but isn't shown in the process at all

Actually I REALLY REALLY like this idea and it's a great experiment for what BB can do in the future and can even suggest whether a more game play/strategy format would work in the UK.

The special thing with this unanimous rule is that if housemates for an alliance then as long as they stick to it they have safety GUARANTEED and the winner of BB17 will be more deserving than usual as they've had to survive "Anihilation" as well as being a viewer favourite but would have earned their place as a winner by being able to survive Annihilation, especially if they were seen as a threat.

I think a twist should be that if a housemate like Jayne say, says vote me out I want to go anyway than that housemate would NOT be evicted and could maybe even be automatically saved until next week and/or have some kind of power by deciding themselves who's evicted instead of theirself.
