You do not have to nominate 15 but the option is there if you wish to do so. At the end of the week, I will count up the nominations and the 50 users with the most nominations will qualify. For example, if 41 users have 5 or more nominations then they will qualify, and then the remaining 9 slots will be filled by the first 9 users to reach 4 nominations. If the final position(s) are filled by users nominated in the same set of nominations, then there will be more than 50 users in the countdown.
