Fashion

Just wanna talk fashion.
Is it an age thing or what?
When i was younger i had to have everything up to date
but as i got older it didnt seem to matter.
Whats your opinions on fashion ??

Lauren 10-02-2007 10:31 PM

Anything I feel comfortable in.
Fashion changes so much that I can't be bothered (and don't have the money) to keep up with the new "in" things.

BigSister 10-02-2007 10:33 PM

im not really an follower of fashion i just get things im comfortoble in so thats like jeans teeshirts jumpers just casual things really

Princess 10-02-2007 10:35 PM

I love fashion! I'm always buying 'in' things. My wardrobe is full of things I can't wear anymore! I can't buy everything though as a lot is in fashion at one time but I do try and buy the main things.

Siouxsie 10-02-2007 10:35 PM

yeah when i was youger i thought it was a big thing but now well what the hec is fashion a pair of jeans and a t shirt does me

Nicola 10-02-2007 10:36 PM

I just dress in whatever I feel comfortable wearing, usually it's casual stuff like jeans. Although I love hair accessories and jewellery so that always cheers even the plainest of outfits up!

andybigbro 10-02-2007 10:39 PM

i have great fashion sense lol

i think

Siouxsie 10-02-2007 10:40 PM

yes i wear a lot of black and i do like jewellry

Chrizzle 10-02-2007 10:41 PM

I do wear, usually, what TopMan brings in as the new stuff. Whether people are wearing it yet or not. Like those cardi's that Ashley from X Factor wore and desert scarfs.

Siouxsie 10-02-2007 10:51 PM

I like boots

GlitterEyes 10-02-2007 11:36 PM

I am a huge fan of shoes and that would be my weakness. I like comfy clothes but also like stylish clothes if I am going out anywhere.

Lauren 10-02-2007 11:37 PM

I wear whatever River Island stocks :hello:

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 09:50 AM

I got a huge collection of handbags

MarkWaldorf 11-02-2007 10:01 AM

I wear anything really. I'm not too bothered on what's "in" or not. I feel comfortable in anything that looks good on me really.

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 10:05 AM

well good for you Markus:xyxwave: Good for youuuuuu as Jade would say:laugh::laugh::laugh:

MarkWaldorf 11-02-2007 10:07 AM

 Haha, good for me yes. I think it's a good thing not caring what people think of you. Of course in this case it's not caring what people think of your fashion sense.

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 10:08 AM

Yes your right Mark I just had to add my bit of sarcasim in there mate

Ruth*Star 11-02-2007 10:12 AM

i dont really care what people think but i do try to wear decent things, i dont have what people call IN things in my wardrobe but i try to keep relitly fashnable things in my wardrobe, when i get money i get clothes that may not be in but they are fashnable.

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 10:16 AM

I dress smartly for work but at weekends i look like a rock star chick :flower: Its my way of chilling and being myself

Mike 11-02-2007 10:27 AM

I definately think it's an age thing, i personally love to wear decent clothes i.e LaCoste, Fred Perry Ben Sherman and all those sort of brands whereas 'most' men over a certain age would prefer to get a simliar thing but at a cheaper price which you can understand because alot of youngsters obviously still don't appreciate how much it costs to live.

Corkie 11-02-2007 10:47 AM

I go for anything that sorts me.... it’s normally somewhat nobody else would wear but it’s in fashion (I think)

I have the indie look according to some of my mates.

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 10:53 AM

wooooo corkie i love that look indies

Psylocke 11-02-2007 02:05 PM

Im a complete designer *****,but i love top man and river island too.
Its not about money for me,i could wear a 300 euro shirt with a 30 euro pair of jeans if it looks well Or and expensive pair of jeans with a 3 euro belt. Its not about money or designer names,Its about looks and comfort.

it just happens that most of the nicest stuff IMO is from designer places. It helps having loadsa friends working in Brown Thomas in dublin tho,
50% Reductions make me a friend for life lol.

Fashion is definatly different for everyone,i see some guys that im friends with look a million dollars and they dress from pennys.

also im a BIG 2nd hand/Vintage shop fan,you can find some amazing stuff in there that nobody else would have at next to nothing prices.

And my biggest fashion no no is hats,Cant wear them, and never will be able to wear them :0(

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 02:48 PM

i got a few odds and ends from a charity shop once and my mates thought i looked cool.So yes you dont have to pay a lot for designer gear to look good

Siouxsie 11-02-2007 04:19 PM

I love the rock chic and punk fashion
