Will Channel 5 be sued for Latesha naked moment on BOTS?
 

I see lot of people have been complaining about Latesha exposing herself on Bit on the Side on National television. My nephew of 12 was watching BOTS and was subjected to nudity like this.

Could Channel 5 be potentially sanctioned by Ofcom or sued for indecent exposure ?

No and it'll be stupid if they do, it was aired at 11PM way past the watershed. If your 12 year old nephew was watching a television show at 11PM then surely you should expect him to be exposed to something offensive?

Are you trolling? Accept responsibility as a parent for what you allow your child to watch. Big Brother is not a child appropriate show as clearly evidenced in the excessive warnings they show before every episode. There's been far greater exposure on the show than Lateysha's bum in a thong. You should know better.

There's clear warnings at the start and every ad break, it's 11pm and if your pausing the thing to see her fanny, then that's your problem I'm afraid.

You could also say its bad parenting to allow a 12 year to be watching TV at 11pm on a school night :hee:
