Rich or poor?

Which would you choose - the £5,000 and "life of luxury" or no money and basic rations/rags?

Jake. 14-07-2016 08:13 PM

it'd completely depend on how I thought I was being perceived by my housemates/the public... it'd probably be the £5k if I thought I had no chance of winning

Oaker 14-07-2016 08:13 PM

Rich

Shaun 14-07-2016 08:14 PM

5k is a lot of money to me and I'd feel foolish for turning it down.

iRyan 14-07-2016 08:22 PM

I would not turn down 5k offered to me on a game show.

LukeB 14-07-2016 08:23 PM

Rich

Pete. 14-07-2016 08:23 PM

Poor because I would have convinced myself there would have been a twist

RavenleFey 14-07-2016 08:25 PM

Poor, definitely

_Tom_ 14-07-2016 08:27 PM

I wouldn't turn down 5k, especially as I know I wouldn't win the top prize.

Calderyon 14-07-2016 08:27 PM

Rich.

I have never had that much of cash.

south12345 14-07-2016 08:31 PM

As its never going to happen and I wont have to face the consequences of my action. Of course I would take the money...

Drew. 14-07-2016 08:35 PM

Looking at it from a scenario of being in there and put in that position then 5k is a lot but I'd be too concerned it'd ruin any chances i had of winning at this stage.

Withano 14-07-2016 08:35 PM

No idea. Obviously I wouldnt turn down 5k right now. But in the BB house, surrounded by people I live wih in front of the nation.. No idea.

zakman440 14-07-2016 08:36 PM

I'd take the money. It's not like you get offered £5,000 every day, plus I'd probably assume that I've got no chance of winning.

jaxie 14-07-2016 08:41 PM

Realistically I think most people would take the money unless they think they are going to win anyway or are scared of getting fallout like Jason had. I have a family, if I was there it would be for the money. You have no guarantee you are going to win so I'd take anything I was offered or could win. Those people are people you have known a few weeks, my family and whatever I can do for them with the money come 100% first always.

Marc 14-07-2016 08:42 PM

Poor. I don't care about humiliating myself

kirklancaster 14-07-2016 08:44 PM

£5K in a heartbeat.

Rob4 14-07-2016 08:46 PM

Rich and ****** the rest of them.

Mitchell 14-07-2016 08:47 PM

Rich, I've never seen that much money in my life, however I wouldn't be in the garden the previous night saying that I wouldn't take a penny out of the prize fund :joker: and I'd stand by my decision.

andybigbro 14-07-2016 08:49 PM

Poor. 5k is not enough and I know id win the show anyway :hee:

RavenleFey 14-07-2016 08:49 PM

I've never had that much money either but you can't put a price on your principles

Mitchell 14-07-2016 08:49 PM

Plus I'd give Jayne money for her charity work as it's such an amazing and heartbreaking cause
