As arista says, its not just a matter of the nukes themselves, it also has to be somewhere that can house a couple of nuclear submarines at a time. IIRC there are only a handful of viable locations in the UK.

However: prepping for Scexit? The nukes were a large part of why Westminster put on such a show last time round...
