Letters from home

OMG...watching the hm reading their letters made me sad for the times I and others have said some harsh things about them on here,watching reminded me they are human and have feelings,they have family's that love them,they are someone's child,I wish them all well.
Sorry If the above message offends anyone...

..yeah that whole thing of BB and how it's set up for us to judge and often judge harshly, I think... but they all seem like really good people and don't deserve any negativity through their time in the house..the letters were lovely/the reactions were lovely and very touching and emotional...I wish them all well in their lives...:love:..

It was nice and touching, i think it brings them back down to earth as well when they hear from their families :)

jason and alex ones were the most dramatic

It was nice that they all got letter this year, I hate it when some don't.

I give it the works when 'Letters From Home' time comes on, mumbling;

"Crapola", "Overdramatic twaddle" and "Soft twat" among other things, but my wife is not impressed, and hands me the box of tissues so that I can blot the tears from my eyes. This TRUE. :laugh:

I am the same watching any 'weepie' film. :hee:

Letters from home used to be meaningful and a nice moment but i really dont give a dogs dick about the housemates with the way the show is broadcast now.
I have no attachment or interest in any of them we have had no chance to get to know them.
C5 are only interested in producing a drama/crisis/argument every day and show zero interest in everyday interactions.
A drama day gets boring pretty fast for me.

Half of them have seen family members a couple of weeks ago, the letters were so unneeded tbh

Having said that I got slightly emotional at Jasons and Alexs...

I got emotional when Sam read Alex letter, I was so surprised that he could read, very touching moment

I think in such a short series there is no need for the letters from home. In longer series that are over 12 weeks it might be a good idea but all the housemates will be seeing their loved ones in the next few days so why the letters from home now????
