He has dont panto in drag which links the wig to him he has also donr IAC which links the spider and he also wears similar hideous clothing

I am just not sure if I see Joe as a 'national treasure'. I can imagine C5 giving that label to Biggins though.

I'd prefer him to Biggins imo and I'd also consider him more of a national treasure than Biggins but not sure if c5 will. Anyways, I reckon more of the British public knows Joe more than Biggins so there's that too.
