I believe her, didn't she say it was 8 weeks back on launch night? I never got the impression it had been cut short mid series.

I can actually believe this - it was a(n un)happy coincidence that Love Island was scheduled at the same time and a similar length, plus the mid-series cull made more sense (and seemed better thought-through) than a lot of similar twists

Obviously a longer series would have been preferable, but we've been lucky that the boot order's fallen a particular way so I'll just be thankful for that

Pretty grim when you think bb7 last 93 days and every single episode attracted on average three times as many viewers. All whilst it was up against a football world cup,the commonwealth games and the winter olympics in melbourne.

Then again the latter half of BB7 kind of sucked so

hmm yeah maybe, I guess after last year they didn't fancy taking their chances.. A longer series would have been nice but this is the first series since BB13 which hasn't gone stale so idk
