How will the Olympics work?
The Olympics will run for two week. You decide which country and which events you would like to take part in. The aim of this game is points, if you get Gold in the event you receive +3 points, Silver +2 points and Bronze +1 points. At the end of the two weeks the country (member) with the most points will win the Olympics!

So every night for 2 weeks there will be a different events held. Each event is a sort of mini-game. You can decide how many you would like to participate in during the 2 weeks.

Are the events sports related? They should be.

They are sport themed and are a forum friendly versions of the Olympic events they are based on.

Oh and once the host country is selected the design of the contest will be revealed too!

Good. There might be lots of Olympics sports events related games on around the net too. I have seen lots for the throwing events at least.

In 2012 Google had a bunch of games that we on TiBB played as a tournament and I think MeMyselfandI, Mollie and I were the medalists... maybe Sarah instead of Mollie actually idk... anyway, I just had a look and Google are doing it again but this time as an app. I'm not sure if everyone could post screenshots from their phones on here as their final scores in those events, but there'd be one every day presumably!

Also added the slogans of the bidding nations! Brisbane has a new logo but will replace it when I wake up. Very impressed with the amount of members already paying in a mater of hours.

Brisbanes new logo! representing the traditional people of Australia, the indigenous. Keeping Brisbanes iconic Story Bridge as the logo but having a more traditional look.
