Im sick of hearing Renee telling her lapdogs thats she's being picked on and spoken about ,then out come the fake tears

No one is picking on her, in fact its the opposite ,why is she being so pathetic ?

Well she's been trying the whole "mob boss" tactic since the start and has finally realised that no one is interested / intimidated or whatever :joker: so now she needs a new persona. I guess she went with tears.

It won't ever work for her though, she's not "cute", she looks like she was forged from 2 by 4's and alligator leather.

When James was being pestered, people were saying that it was bullying, but Bear and Heavy D is constantly picking and chipping away on Renee. She seems like a broken woman at the moment

Agreed. Never watched any of her mobwives show but have read some of her back story regarding domestic abuse. Those tears seemed pretty emotional and I am not suggesting the pranks and goading are on the same level but they must be affecting her. If Bear supporters can justify his attention seeking behaviour, I fail to see why tears are seen as automatically fake. In her world, crying is a weakness so she stands to lose credibility by shedding them. Makes me think she is feeling genuinely vulnerable and frustrated.

She's not playing the victim, she's telling the truth, she has been harrassed in there non-stop for nearly 2 weeks, she's been goaded, she's been antagonised, she's been singled out and she's been lied about, she's not playing the victim, she's just dealing with the situation the best way she knows how and some times, people with actual, genuine feelings inside them (something Bear isn't accustomed to) they break down if they're pushed too much, Renee is the walking definition of a woman pushed to her breaking point and she's being pushed there by a bunch of apes with really ****ing stupid hair.

This not the first time I have seen a waaay too loud over-bearing asshat of an American revealed as a blubbering weakling. In fact, it's becoming something of a pattern on reality TV.:shrug:

She pushed Chloe around as soon as she took up with Bear, Chloe handled the way Renee isolated her well, Renee has a whole posse who she gets support from, I have no time for her play acting

I enjoy her but I agree with you .... needs to make her mind up, is she Al Capone or Minnie Mouse ?

Repeated crying just annoys me.... once is enough....get it out your system, then go kill em.

Renee is a schizo ,shouting at screaming at people and telling them not to mess with her ,why hasn't she been warned ?

I agree- they don't look like fake tears to me, and she seems in a genuine state of distress at the constant picking and goading. I don't know anything of her back story but if it's one of domestic abuse, then I can see why their behaviour would be affecting her so badly- she has actually hinted at this several times, particularly when she became angry with Aubrey in the bedroom as she was trying to explain her feelings.

I think that suggesting the tears are fake is an easy and insensitive way to excuse the unforgivable behaviour being directed at her by Bear, and in this case Heavy too. It allows Bear fans to avoid confronting the reality that his cruel behaviour just isn't funny, but is in fact, extremely damaging to others.

No doubt Bear fans will dismiss the long term-impact of domestic abuse and suggest that background is irrelevant as Bear and Heavy are not being violent. However, anyone who knows anything about domestic abuse will know it also comes with constant put-downs and criticism to undermine the confidence of the victim, and that their behaviour will feel intimidating to her, as she will have learnt to expect something much worse to follow.

Domestic abuse is not only physical- it involves mentally and emotionally wearing down of the victim. Anyone with that background would feel extremely uncomfortable and upset with what Renee is experiencing.

Bear and Heavy might not be aware of her background, but they are able to see the distress she is feeling, and both should feel thoroughly ashamed of themselves. I am a Heavy fan, but that does not mean I will condone and excuse everything he does, and neither should Bear fans.

She's clearly at her wits end. It's funny how you defend all the behaviour of her opponents, all the time's they've goaded her and made fun of her and pressured her into arguments and then when she finally snaps its because she's 'thirsty for Bear' or a 'schizo'. :rolleyes:

:facepalm: The truth here is that there are real people with real experiences and real feelings behind the personas they present. The people and personas cannot be entirely separated as they are all part of the same person.

It is really simplistic to expect housemates to adopt a role and stick with it, or to expect genuine feelings not to emerge.
