James is right!

If Whale says that Bear is clued-in then I believe it. At first, I thought he was a total plank, but I see now that he is a clever devil with style, versatility - and ambition. I would LOVE to see Bear's creative work as an actor, writer or director. But, his obstacles are the same as Sam's
- much of his previous work has been about showing his chest off,
- and BB isn't a great platform for trying to convince the media and the viewers who are under-impressed with the housemates before it even starts. But, Bear set out like a flowery Essex warhorse to fight and win personal fame - a risky tactic. Go for it Bear! :flower:

The Whale liked Bear:hee: he could see his potential.

ThriceShy 20-08-2016 09:29 PM

Bear has the looks and presence to be a hollywood leading man, like Johnny Depp.

user104658 20-08-2016 10:05 PM

I did find it interesting that his girlfriend commented about it being like "watching a different person".

karezza 20-08-2016 10:38 PM

Anyone who thinks Bear is an idiot is an idiot.

Vanessa 20-08-2016 10:39 PM

If he had us all fooled then he should consider a career in acting :joker:

hot2go 20-08-2016 10:53 PM

I've found him the most interesting person in there from day one...and of course I think he's intelligent too

Vicky. 21-08-2016 10:24 PM

He is very switched on. He is a hell of a lot more intelligent than people like to believe.

Vanessa 21-08-2016 10:25 PM

His odds are shortening after tonight! The Mighty Bear is back! :cheer2:

He may play the fool, but i think he's actually very intelligent.

rusticgal 21-08-2016 10:29 PM

I think his ex girlfriend got it right when she said "it's all a game to you"...Bear uses people to make him look 'funny'...look 'good' and will hurt anyone in that process.

user104658 21-08-2016 10:30 PM

The mistake people seem to make is that age / wisdom and intelligence are the same thing... Bear I would say is fairly immature, but he's definitely not fick.

He is clever...that doesn't make him intelligent. He will use people for his own gain. It may win him the show...but it won't make him a winner in life.

James also said he could achieve things ONLY IF he was steered in the right direction,Bear wont make it big as he wouldn't be steered in any direction as according to him he knows best.

Thats hilarious. Id imagine a few of his fans have actually bet on this too haha.

I haven't heard him string one intelligent, meaningful sentence together in that house. As for an intelligent conversation, he hasn't the attention span to last more than 10 seconds. He could well be intelligent, but he certainly hasn't shown it in the BB house.

HA bloody HA....

He'd need to be subtitled as he can't talk properly. Then he just might get a part playing a court jester.

Exactly! Having intelligence and actually using intelligence are two different things.

No point having it if you don't know how to use it!

Garfie 21-08-2016 11:36 PM

And one person's opinion doesn't make it a fact!

Binbin 22-08-2016 01:21 AM

While Bear is crushing it overall, it would seem that singing is not one of Bear's strong points, and neither is knowing the words to Jingle Bells.
