Wait just a minute

How is that Bear was given a talking to about trashing Aubrey's bed but Big Brother said nothing to Aubrey about starting it and trashing Bear's bed? :nono: This actually made me want Bear to win. Disgraceful double standard by BB.

MrWong 24-08-2016 11:39 PM

Because he's been warned a hundred times about throwing food about?

MB. 24-08-2016 11:40 PM

(despite being on a so-called "final warning")

And she wasn't throwing food all over his bed?

She did.

Does she throw food about once every episode though?

Vicky. 24-08-2016 11:43 PM

I didn't click onto this until my partner (who rarely watches) pointed it out to me. I have noticed a few of his warnings are pretty bizarre though compared to other BBs. Goading, and wasting/throwing food being the main ones. Stuff that has never before resulted in a housemate warning.

The pie was meant for Bear..he put it in Aubreys face which he wasn't supposed to do...so since she couldn't pie him she pied his bed..he deserved it.
The can of tomatoes was for consumption and yet again he used their food to damage and soil the house and its contents. He has had a couple of warnings on it and once again he broke the rules..end of.

Yeah what happened to that?

Jordan. 24-08-2016 11:45 PM

Maybe because Bear instigated the situation and has done it countless times

No, she sometimes spits in food or gets violent instead.

Yes but he didnt throw it on or at anyone did he (sans pie in face tonight)

Why it bothered anyone previously was beyond me tbh and its never been punished before in BB

Tbf he throws food around constantly. They were going to start warning him at some point. Maybe it's more a health and safety / hygiene issue?

It was a custard pie for a task...it wasn't meant for the house to consume after Sunday lunch or part of their shopping budget...big difference.

No she spits in food and drink and let's someone masticate it.

Yep me and my wife have noted this from day 1 its bloody weird, interesting to see if goading is now a punishable offence in all series from here out...

Its bloody pathetic tbh

No it wasn't. Their behaviour was equal and should have been equally chastised.

Irrelevant.

I'm replying to why he might have got a talking to by BB and she didn't.

What has this got to do with the OP?

Only food one I agreed with was the olive oil as that was dangerous. One of my fave series ever was filled with endless foodfights and waste, this would be bb5 :D

Jordan. 24-08-2016 11:51 PM

Bear fans crying over 'double standards' when 90% of them this series have been in his favour is a tad laughable really.

Where was her warning for being violent tonight?

Good point. She should have got a telling off as well.

I've not watched this series since the Olympics started but wait what...he was seriously warned for 'wasting food'? :umm2: since when is that against the rules?

Amy Jade 24-08-2016 11:54 PM

Maybe she did get told off but they didn't show it, like most of Bear's warnings.
