Why Are We Acting Like Bear Is The Only Twat In There?
 

Seriously. The lot of them are absolute tools in there and it isn't just Bear. Rene is controlling and is one of the most aggressive in there and has at several occasions implied threats. Aubrey's manipulative, disgusting and obnoxious to extreme levels, the Typical American mean girl cliche. Marnie has been a prat throughout, but has now become irrelevant after Lewis left. It's only really Ricky and Frankie that are slightly likeable at all and yet you would think it is Bear and a bunch of Angels in there. I used to be dead set against Bear winning, but honestly he would just be one of the many twats that have been in the series winning.

Maybe because he is the BIGGEST one...:shrug:

Hes by far the biggest one thats why. His level of being a twat, a complete waste of space as a human,a complete are hol e and trash as Aubrey said quite correctly far outweighs the twattidness of any other housemate.Thats why he just gets mentioned as a twat.

Mentally torturing people is not entertaining or something that should be rewarded.

Dunno but its starting to get amusing seeing everything he does be twisted into something 1000x worse and once finished with bear no resemblance to the original act :D

Eg. the multiple assassination attempts he has made on housemates

Like if there was a twat scale, Aubrey would probably be a 6, Marnie a 7, Renee and Frankie a 4.. The thing is, Bear is so far off this scale... So you gotta mark everyone down so that Bear can fit on it.. Bear being a 10 makes Marnie and Aubrey a 2ish and thats not worth talking about really.

i agree,.. plus aubrey's edit was too generous, she destroyed bear's shoes, the highlight did not show it. renee is wimpy crying mess and she threatened more people in there.

This has been the point a few of us have been making for a while. It's not that Bear isnt irritating or wouldnt be impossible to live with... It's just that this year's house has been so jam packed full of inflated egos, high-horses and smug self satisfaction, that Bear's effect (tearing down the defenses and the facade to give us a glimpse of the ugliness that lies inside) has been brilliant. Probably unintentionally, he has created a fascinating show with people's hangups and insecurities really stripped right down to the bone. That's what CBB should be about... Not a bunch of smug z-listers patting each other on the back for 3 weeks.

Because he is. And we know that we are not seeing everything he has done. So he must be even more VILE in there!

When you said that Ricky is one of the only decent ones, this thread lost all credibility. But Bear is by far the biggest twat in every episode. Yes others have done questionable things but nothing as bad as Bear

Many different types of twat in there and Bear is def not the worst

At least Bear is playful, amusing and creative in his twatishness

Unlike say, Lewis who is never funny, always vain and genuinely aggressive with no playful or inventive elements to make him worth watching, not even in a 'so bad it's good TV' type of way.

Same with Saira. Her and Lewis are what i call actual BB villains. They aim to make others feel small and inferior without comedy. Bear is a knob but it's kinda tongue in cheek. Lewis and Saira actually mean it. Bear just dances over everyone, winds them up but doesn't get personal on that same level.

Think about Saira humiliating Heavy D on his appearance/exercise or her openly mocking Chloe in the bedroom while Chloe cried quietly into her pillow.

Or how about Lewis making Heavy beg for that half drunk glass of stolen wine, or throwing a drink in his face with proper anger and calling him a 'fat pussy'

For all his confrontational twatishness and wind up mentality, Bear never takes it to that dark, personal level of Lewis/Saira's anger, spite and intimidation.
