Are you PUNCTUAL?

I cant abide people who turn up late, its the height of passive-aggressive laziness

:nono:

Are you one of those odious people who deliberately turn up late and pretend that its some sort of character trait?

Shame on you:mad:

I am always on time, even though I leave everything until the last minute, I always manage to be on time for everything, it's a skill.

Vicky. 30-08-2016 05:42 PM

...not usually. But its not a choice. Always seems to be something happens right before I need to be somewhere :bored:

My CV claims I am punctual though :D

Brother Leon 30-08-2016 05:43 PM

I'm the type to show up like half an hour early and wait around like a fool, just through the fear of being late.

Literally me

LukeB 30-08-2016 05:50 PM

Yes.

_Tom_ 30-08-2016 05:50 PM

Always late, especially if it's for something in the AM http://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/h.../shameless.gif

Jordan. 30-08-2016 05:57 PM

I try to be but I also like sleep http://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/h.../shameless.gif

Jamie89 30-08-2016 06:04 PM

I always intend to be but I'm hit and miss, there's a lot of tube delays... or at least that's what I usually say http://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/h.../shameless.gif

EspeonBB 30-08-2016 06:11 PM

If it's before 9AM then probably not http://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/h.../shameless.gif

Niamh. 30-08-2016 06:35 PM

Yes, me tbh.

Like LT, I hate it when people give piss poor reasons for being late or know they are running late but don't even seem to care :fist:

caprimint 30-08-2016 08:10 PM

Always there like 15mins early or something, lateness is something that really annoys me. It's not that hard to be on time usually.

Josy 30-08-2016 08:21 PM

Depends if I have to be somewhere official or not really.

If it's an important appointment say then I'm on time.

If it's meeting with friends and family etc I'm the one that says I'll be there at 6 and turn up at 8 :hee:

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 30-08-2016 08:24 PM

Maru 31-08-2016 06:14 AM

I notice when certain people are not punctual, so I usually tell them to come sooner rather than later to accommodate. I am good host like that  I'm the punctual type I guess. Most parties we are the first ones to arrive.

Meeting someone somewhere and them getting there late would be annoying, but hubby is usually with me so it's not so bad.

There is good reason to show up late sometimes. Like if you barely know anyone at a party and don't want to feel awkward being the first ones to show and have awkward conversations. Sometimes you get to know people better if you're early, but it depends on the occasion.

joeysteele 31-08-2016 06:57 AM

Yes, I would hate to be late for anything.

kirklancaster 31-08-2016 07:11 AM

I actually meant to respond to this yesterday LT. Now, what was the question again? :hee:

Adamw92 31-08-2016 07:55 AM

Yes, I'm always early to places I need to be and when I'm waiting on someone they're always late so I'm stood waiting for longer and it really annoys me because no matter how many times someone is late they still don't take anything away from it and think "hmm maybe next time I'll leave earlier", I could leave later myself but since I rely on buses to get me around its tricky.

bots 31-08-2016 08:31 AM

Being on time is a form of compulsive disorder to some ... and i think i'm one of them :worry:

Cherie 31-08-2016 08:34 AM

Always for work or appointments also for meet ups though having been kept waiting once to often I'm a bit more lax now, but would always text if I'm going to be late

smudgie 31-08-2016 09:03 AM

I like to be five minutes early for appointments, other than that I don't live by the clock.

Sneaky........but a girl after my own heart, I tell Gav(my husband) that we have to be somewhere earlier too sometimes so that we have some chance of being on time :fan:
